Give Me Moor
We’ve been experimenting with Aphro’s Moor. A strong liquer with spicy notes from the infused ginger. We thought it would work well in a variation of an obscure 1930s cocktail we like. We weren’t wrong! Try making this blend, in what we’re calling ‘Give me Moor’.
Ingredients
50ml Aphro Moor
25ml Fresh Orange Juice
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
25ml Sugar syrup
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Tutorial
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange wheel (and a Maraschino cherry if you want to be extra fancy).
